Empathic Design in Everyday Life

Last week, we discussed the concept of empathic design: an approach that focuses on the users’ feelings and emotions. As the LGBTQ community has gained a voice, the popularity of this design has risen. MAC Cosmetics recently launched a campaign featuring brothers Peter and Harry Brant to better promote their motto “All Ages, All Races, All Sexes.” Another brand is All is Fair, a lingerie company that makes undergarments for transgender people who are in the transitioning stage; I will speak more about them in my LOLA show.
