Mindfulness

This week we talked about being mindful. I took from this and thought about how to think more about the things of life like being able to sit down and actually see what’s going on and not assume what’s going to happen next in life. I learn ways to be more calm by doing mediating practices . The practices really help you gather thoughts and really focus on what’s happening now. I feel like if more people learned how to just calm down and think then the world would be so much different. With everything going on in my life I felt like this was something I really needed and look forward to learning more .
