Mindfulness

On Tuesdays we did some meditation practices and I will be honest before we started I thought I wasn’t going to be able to focus that will have other things on my mind the entire time. As we started in the beginning I was struggling but as we went on I was slowly starting to get the hang of how meditation work and all though I was getting uncomfortable towards the end I managed to get through it. As of to when we did a 10-minute meditation on Thursday in the beginning of class, I did much better with staying in the moment and not struggling.

On the discussion of dominant social paradigms, I was on the “No Team.” It was somewhat difficult for me to understand the reading but in class as we went over everything together as a whole I was getting a better understanding of the argument.
