In this blog I am going to talk about many things such as mindfulness and sustainability, values, ethics, and sustainability. I have learned a lot from last week’s topic. There is a clear relationship between mindfulness and sustainability because mindfulness could produce many results for sustainability. First of all, sustainability means the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. In our class we did an exercise that we have to close or open it but we have Thanks to concentrate on something or specific part of the room and then we can imagine, remind, things we have to focus on, challenges in our life, problems we have to face, etc. It was my first time to try this kind of exercise and it really helped me and it was helpful for my mind. There are many things that I have remembered while I am closing my eyes, I have remembered which are problems that I have to face, people who always make me upset and how I have to pass them and complete my life without them. People who make us upset are produce some health problems and diseases. I also thought about my future, my major and study. I thought about ways which make me happy and how can I follow them. Achieving my goals was one of important things that I thought about them. I remembered that I have health problems like Asthma and Anemia, and I have to pay attention to my health because people are nothing without their health. Mindfulness could make us relax. Mindfulness bring a happiness and it might improve our relationships. Friends and cousins are something important in our life. People who do not have a good relationship are not happy and maybe worried. Friends and cousins help us when we have problems, or we are facing challenges which are hard, talk to them anytime we want, hangout with them and spend good time together. They are really very important. Mindfulness has a lot of good sides for people. It helps us concentrate on what we need and importance in our life and pass everything that make us sad and unhappy and upset. Everyone should make mindfulness to be happy in his life. After the exercise in the class, I decided to do it and apply it on my life. It going to make me happier and achieving my goals without any stress or worry about small things that doesn’t matter. We also talked about values, ethics and sustainability. People are consuming a lot of things in a huge amount which can affect the environment. They consume gas, cars, etc. They should use everything in reasonable amounts to help sustainability. People are consuming a lot of things in a huge amount which can affect the environment. To conclude, this class is really helpful for me, I have learned many skills from it which are effectively. Reading long articles and answer questions are required in many classes in the university and before this class I was not that good in reading but now I feel little bit better because we did this assignment “reading articles” twice a week. The most important skills are collecting relevant sources, evaluating and analyzing them in depth, integrating them in the right order.
